Rules and Regulations
• Client is responsible for the group, and any clean up fees or damages done to the bus. For party charters a clean up deposit fee may be required. Should the motor coach be left in a very disorderly condition after a service, client will be billed for additional cleanup services and / or damages.

• Any clients behavior or activities considered to be illegal or perilous will result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

• Coaches are equipped with DVD, A/C, reclining seats, and restroom.

• For overnight charters an itinerary must be submitted with you reservation confirmation. Rate may change if service is different from original itinerary. For each driver, a separate room must be provided on all overnight charters. A 7-15% gratuity is not included in the rates unless previously discussed and stated on the contract.

• Maximum daily driving and / or on duty time is 15 hours.

• Full payment is due before departure.

• We reserve the right to upgrade vehicle or sub-charter service to other motor coach companies.

• All cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance. A cancellation fee may be charged. Any cancellation which is canceled 3 days before a scheduled service will be charged in full.

• We are not responsible for personal items left on the coaches.

• We will not be responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by late arrival, departure or change of schedule by the client. We are not responsible for loss or inconvenience due to theft. traffic, weather, labor disputes, government restraints, or any causes beyond the control of King Tours and Transportation

• Rates may vary because of fuel prices.

• Drivers are allowed to stop for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours driving time.

• Groups are encouraged to use stationary restroom at time of stop.
